Our first dance in our new (larger and cooler) location: the First Baptist Church, 175 Allens Creek Road, 14618. Ithaca flutist Gordon Bonnet joins members of Arugula in making the music.

Classic contra dance music:  fiddle and piano.  Kathy Selby from Ithaca will play a variety of danceable tunes from England, Scotland, Ireland and North America. Solid back-up by John Wobus and great calling from Ithaca favorite, Pamela Goddard.

Playing a fabulous mix of Irish, Quebecois and tunes from far and near, the hot band TuneScape will keep you smiling tonight. Tim Ball on fiddle, Rachel Bell on accordion, Jodi Austin on piano.

Lively music by Doc Dick Bolt on fiddle and guitar, Marie Brate on fiddle and guitar, Dan Palmer on banjo and Ted Sherwood on bass. Dave Brown’s dances are always fun!

At Friends Meeting House, 6:30 – 9:30 pm.

Rapidly becoming a sought after regional caller, Sarah Van Norstrand is on our stage tonight with Silvia Sörensen on flute, Mike Hoeschele on fiddle, Chris DeGolyer on piano, and Fred Filbrich on bass.

A great dancer who is transforming himself into a fine caller will call an evening of fun dances.  Wonderful music from Nadine Dyskant-Miller (flute & feet), Tim Ball (fiddle) and Barbara Dyskant (keyboard).

Bob Nicholson from Syracuse has great dances and  the music tonight will be provided by some of our own local talent.
